WHY I'M DOING IT
Each day in February, I’m hitting the water for SurFebruary, raising funds for cancer research at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse.
Incredibly personal to me, as my girlfriend Phoebe received treatment here, and I’ve seen firsthand the impact this care and research can have on patients and their families.
The reality is that one in two of us will be affected by cancer in our lifetime — a confronting statistic.
It only takes a minute to donate, and any contribution — big or small — goes a long way in supporting people with cancer and those who love them.
